Wynnlodge operate a helpdesk for their OPAS customers. This is manned from 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday. All other times will be covered by an answer machine. OPAS 7+ was released last summer and has now been installed in most of our hospitals. Uptake for the new version has been wonderful but there are still a handfull of hospitals on version 6. |

Upgrading from 6 to 7+ does take a full day because of the training involved, but if you can find the time between clinics, there are plenty of new features to make it worthwhile. |

If you are already on version 7, then upgrading to 7+ usually only takes half a day. |

GoToAssist is a web-based remote support tool that enables us to look at your computer from our office. There is no need for any software to be installed on your PC, and as long as you have a working connection to the Internet, the physical distance between
us is irrelevant.
To initiate a remote support session, ring our support desk on 01904 492425 and we will issue you with a 9 digit support key.
This is then typed into GoToAssist's connection screen (follow the link below) along with your name (full name or hospital).
We can then remotely view and control your computer to solve the problem just as if we were sitting at your desk.

GoToAssist users can rest assured that their data is secure. Screen sharing and remote control of customer computers is 100
percent permission-based, and data is fully encrypted end-to-end using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and government-approved 128-bit
Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption. |
